Construction of a 11,000 square foot PEMB Fire Fighting Facility for Okaloosa County. The facility located at Bob Sikes Airport is used by the North Okaloosa County Fire District. Speegle built the shell and exterior finishes of the building. The building was divided into two parts; the administrative area and the service bays for the fire trucks. The building required heavy duty concrete in the high bays and surrounding aprons for the fire trucks. Construction of the building was PEMB metal frame with stud infill and brick veneer at the administrative area and exposed metal wall panels at the high bay on top of a brick veneer wainscot. Four high bay electric doors were installed in the truck bays.
