This is a highly sophisticated 36,436 SF two story controlled access building designed to train military personnel in countering cyber warfare and constructed to force protection requirements.  Construction includes a split-face CMU veneer cavity wall with 100% grout filled reinforced masonry back-up, structural steel, a standing seam metal roof, numerous classrooms, administrative spaces, Secure/SCIF areas, large computer server rooms, storage areas, raised access flooring throughout, specialized MEP consisting of large computer room cooling units and multiple chillers with VAVs and DDC controls.  SCIF elements include a CFCI access control system which utilizes a variety of X09/cipher locks and card readers, dielectric unions, sound dampeners at HVAC duct, duct man bars, STC 50 rated door and wall assemblies and an IDS system with CCTV cameras and motion detectors and blue lights for denoting visitors in classified areas.  Also included is a public address systems along with a multi-million dollar furniture, fixture and equipment package that includes demountable partitions, furniture and decorations. The large site package includes approximately 50,000 square feet of asphalt parking lots with supporting utilities, sidewalks and concrete paving.
