The exterior is constructed of adobe colored block and accent stucco, arch shaped windows and door openings and Spanish tile colored standing seam metal roof. The structure is constructed on concrete foundations and utilizes a steel frame with a masonry wall assembly. The facility holds two large assembly halls and numerous pre-flight briefing rooms. Approximately 20,000sf of designated SCIF areas are spread throughout the building. The entire complex is designed and constructed for force protection with rated exterior wall assemblies, fully tempered insulated glass windows and minimum stand-off distance for privately owned vehicles.
