Construction Project Manager for Federal Projects
Speegle Construction, Inc. is seeking a full time experienced Construction Project Manager that specializes in Government contracts with specialized experience in Federal Government Design-Build and Design-Bid Build projects valued between $5 to $25 million. This position is located in Niceville, FL. Job specific qualifications are outlined in more detail below. Applicants that do not meet these minimum requirements need not apply.
-It is preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited university with at least 5 years of Construction Project Management experience.
-Prior experience with SCIF or SAPF construction and LEED accreditation is preferred.
-Prior experience in RMS/QCS is preferred.
