Construction of a 36,800 SF facility with a pre-engineered metal building high bay hangar and structural steel frame administrative area with reinforced concrete foundations and slabs on grade. The facility features architectural veneers to include split-face concrete block, copings and metal wall panels. The building structure is steel frame with sloped standing seam metal roof.  The SOF Maintenance Training Facility includes a hangar area for a full-size retired C-130 aircraft, administrative space, office space, conference spaces and break rooms. The facility is built to HPSB Guiding Principles green building standards.  The building also required compliance with ATFP requirements and incorporated ATFP stand-off distances. The project contains wet pipe fire sprinkler systems, mass notification systems, and power pathways and cable trays to support GFGI telecomm/data, intrusion detection, and access control systems.  Also included are public address systems along with a furniture, fixture and equipment package that includes demountable partitions, furniture, systems workspaces, appliances and decorations.   Site features include site utilities, asphalt paving, access driveways, retention ponds, and landscape features.
