Project consisted of the construction of an 11,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building that included high bay work areas, offices, a break room with kitchen area and a mezzanine loft. The scope of work included extensive site work and underground utilities, pre-slab, slab, structural steel, composite floor deck, metal stairs, pipe & tube railings, steel doors & frames, wood doors, aluminum storefront, gypsum board assemblies, resilient floor tile, carpet, painting, toilet compartments, louvers & vents, metal lockers, lightning protection, hydraulic elevators, fire suppression and fire alarms, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
