Construct Phase III to provide sufficient, consolidated administration facilities for the 1AF Headquarters/AFFOR. Phase III involves additional administration, auditorium, and support space to accept the full AFFOR staff not housed in Phase I and II. Construction includes concrete slab on grade, structural steel framing, exterior masonry walls/fascia, standing seam metal roof, fire detection and suppression system, intrusion detection, security systems, and the mechanical and electrical systems necessary to provide a complete, functional facility. Facility to be connected to Phase I building via enclosed and climate controlled walkway. Anti-terrorism force protection measures will comply with minimum DoD Force protection Construction Standards.
