A secure meeting room and a SCIF design in compliance with CDID 6/9 are located on the second floor. Phase II of this project, which added an additional 9,780 square feet consists of additions and alterations to the building for services required by the buildings intended occupant, the 6th SOS. A combination of large open rooms with systems furniture is utilized in the building along with a large number of independent offices. Conference rooms and offices for high ranking officers are trimmed out with base and chair rail and special wall finishes. The building also contains a readiness bay accessible via a roll up door and storage areas for the flying equipment of each crew member. The entire building is steel framed with masonry veneer and walled construction with a standing seam metal roof. It is designed with force protection in mind, having structural reinforcement of the exterior walls and fully tempered insulated glass windows.
